CANCELLATION / SALES  POLICY

A $75 booking deposit is required to secure appointments. Appointments with a total treatment value of $290 or more require a $100 deposit.

Booking deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, your deposit can be transferred as a credit towards a future appointment, provided the required notice is given. Booking deposits are valid for 12 months from the original booking date.

Please note that booking deposits are not store credit and can only be used towards rescheduling an appointment. They cannot be redeemed for products, gift vouchers or cash.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. With 24 hours’ notice or more, your booking deposit will be transferred to your future appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled appointment fee.

Cancellations within 12 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend your appointment, will incur the full appointment fee.

If you are unable to provide the required notice due to a genuine health crisis or emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Short-notice cancellations relating to exceptional circumstances will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Packages

All pre-purchased treatment packages are non-refundable.

All Lymphatic & Fascia Remodelling packages must be completed within 3 months of purchase.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers purchased during a sale period are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed for treatments only.

Gift vouchers purchased outside of a sale period are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and can be redeemed for treatments and products.

All gift vouchers are non-refundable. Exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
